When 3 women from Central Minnesota asked how they can help out troops serving in Iraq, they discovered that there is a great need for T-shirts. Each soldier is allotted a few army approved (army color specific) T-shirts, but due to heavy use, they wear out quickly.

Thanks to the generous people of Minnesota, we have been able to send 2000 shirts to the troops fighting for our freedoms in Iraq. Our goal is to have every MN National Guard serving in Iraq to be represented. We appreciate all the good the troops are doing, and we
are Thanking them with a shirt. The physical need for shirts is still there due to heat and washing conditions. Together, we as a state can help.
We have handed out shirts to troops from Marshall, Olivia, Appleton, Montevideo, Sauk Centre, Morris, Madison, Wadena, St. Cloud, New Ulm, Hutchinson, Willmar, and many more towns in our great state. Many shirts are mailed to individual soldiers per request, and also hundreds have been shipped directly to Iraq. We want them all to know how much we appreciate them.
People from over 50 towns in Minnesota have donated to this cause. We also want to thank you for helping us. Every cent of donations are for shirts. Any administrative costs are absorbed by us personally, so you can be confident that your donation buys a shirt. We will be updating you from time to time. Thank you.
